UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

What gets revealed from the perusal of the Office Report is that although by Order dated 2.5.2014 of this Court the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 was given six weeks time as last atur<mark>e No</mark>t Verifie nce for filing the counter affidavit, yet he has not done the $G$ 16.57 WING edful so far. Therefore no further opportunity is warranted to be

given to him on that count taking into consideration the rule position. Service is complete as against the respondent Nos. 3,5,6,10,11, 13, 16 and 18 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
The office report further states that respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4, 11, 12,13, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19 have expressed their inability to engage the services of an Advocate. Therefore, the matter shall be placed before the Supreme Court Legal Aid Services Committee for accord of consideration to their request and on the strength of the rules. The served respondents other than these shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
Two weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent No. 7. The office report further is that the application for transposition of respondent Nos. 8 and 9 as petitioner Nos. 44 and 45 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been registered and noted for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. List and await orders.
