The matters along with applications above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.12.2016 with office report dated 06.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice on the applications for impleadment. Liberty is granted to file a response within two weeks.

Post for hearing after eight weeks on a day other than Monday and Friday. Pleadings be completed, in the meantime."

It is submitted that in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013, pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice in I.A.No. 7 (impleadment) was issued to the petitioners through Mr. H.K. Chaturvedi, Advocate, to respondent No. 1 through Mr. Manish K. Bishnoi, Advocate, to respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 11-14 and 16-19 through Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate ( respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 11-14 and 16-19 are petitioners in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013) and to respondent Nos. 5 , 6, & 10 on 06.1.2017 by registered A.D. Counsel for the petitioners and counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 have not filed response so far. As per tracking report of India Post respondent Nos. 5 & 10 have been served but they have not entered appearance so far. Unserved cover containing notice has been received in respect of respondent No. 6 with postal remarks " No such person".

It is, however, submitted that respondent No.6 in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 has been served in SLP but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) NO. 26294/2013, pursuant to aforesaid order notice in I.A. No. 5 (impleadment) was issued to the petitioners through Mr.Tarun Gupta, Advocate and to respondent no. 1 through Mr.Manish K. Bishnoi, Advocates on 06.1.2017. Counsel for the petitioners has on 16.02.2017 filed reply to the application and the same is being circulated herewith. Counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 has not filed response so far.

Service of notice is not complete in I.A.No. 7 in SLP(C) No. 20960/2013 on respondent No. 6.

Service of notice is complete in both the SLPs.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
