"The office report indicates that although by order dated 20.11.2014 of this Court four weeks time, as last chance was given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the Office Report dated 19.11.2014, yet he has not done the needful so far. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that l there are 19 respondents. Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate appearing for respondent No. 1 has filed counter affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5, 6 & 10 though served with notice. Respondent Nos. 7, 8, 9 & 15 have been transposed as petitioner vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 25.11.2013 & 13.10.2014 respectively. Respondent Nos. 2-4, 11-14, 16-19 are petitioners in connected SLP(C) No. 26294/2013. Separate Affidavit acknowledging receipt of notice have been received by aforesaid respondent stating therein that they are petitioners in SLP(C) No. 26294/2013 but no one has entered appearance so far. Counsel for the petitioner has filed the deficit transposition fees.

There are 50 Respondents. It is submitted that respondent Nos. 2 to 50 have been deleted vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 16.09.2013. Counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has already filed counter affidavit.
