This petition has been filed by the petitioner(wife) seeking transfer of the petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage. The petition has been filed by the respondent before the Family Court No. 1, Jaipur Metropolis Jaipur, Rajasthan. The petitioner-wife as well as the respondent-husband are working in Rajasthan Civil Service and are presently posted at Jaipur. The only reason assigned by the petitioner for transfer of petition filed before the Family Court No. 1, Jaipur Metropolis Jaipur, Raiasthan to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra, was a very that the father-in-law of the petitioner is a very influential person in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

List this matter after four weeks.

It is made clear that there is no stay to the proceedings presently pending before the Family Court No.1, Jaipur Metropolis Jaipur, Rajasthan. All the same, if there is any urgent requirement the petitioner will always be at liberty to move an application for adjournment before the Court concerned.
