UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.1 to 4, 7 and 8 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent No.6 to file the counter affidavit.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent No.10

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.5,7,9,12,13,15,16,

19 & 20, there is no appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. Nitin Bhatia, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of M/s Mukesh Kumar and Co., Ld. Advocate-on-Record, for Respondent Nos.10,12,13 and 15. He seeks and is granted four weeks time, to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioner, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos. 11,14,17 and 18.

List again on 15.3.2024.
