This is a petition seeking transfer of matrimonial case being HMA No.850 of 2014 titled as "Hemant Kumar Saini Vs. Rohini" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi, to the District Judge, Meerut, U.P.

2. Respondent though served is not represented. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. On the facts and circumstances, this is a fit case for transfer.

3. We, accordingly, allow the transfer petition. Case being HMA No.850 of 2014 titled as "Hemant Kumar Saini Vs. Rohini" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi is ordered to be transferred to the District Judge, Meerut, U.P. who shall either hear the matter himself or assign it to the court of competent jurisdiction. The transferee court is requested to dispose of the transferred case expeditiously.

4. No order as to costs.
