UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
A draft of the settlement agreement tendered across the Bar which is of $24^{th}$ February, 2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' Signa from the learned counsel appearing for the parties Reason rece that clause 12.2 in the draft settlement agreement shall be

deleted. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent agrees that if the petitioner or her authorised representative visits the property subject-matter of this settlement agreement on 5 th March, 2025 (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., inspection of the property shall be given to the petitioner or to her authorised representative. The authorised representative shall carry a letter of authority with him.
It is pointed out that a draft of relinquishment deed has been also finalised. We direct the parties to place on record the said draft.
We make it clear that unless full compliance is made with the terms of the settlement agreement, these Petitions shall remain pending. For the time being, we adjourn these Petitions till 17th March, 2025.
After inspection is carried out, the final settlement agreement in terms of what we have observed above shall be drawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall obtain the signature of the petitioner on the said settlement agreement in presence of one witness and shall handover the signed agreement to the learned counsel for the first respondent who shall obtain the signature of the first respondent on the agreement in presence of a witness. The said final settlement agreement shall be placed on record on the next date.
In the meanwhile, the parties to execute the deed of relinquishment as well.
