Issue notice, returnable for 03.07.2019, when the matter will be listed before the appropriate Bench.
On perusal of the records, we find that the High Court has not taken note of the Regulation/draft Regulation, wherein in Regulation 9.5 it is mentioned that the management guota students in self-financing colleges shall not be eligible for <pre>inter-college transfer.</pre>
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we prima facie feel that this matter requires consideration. ence, the operation of the impugned judgment of the High Court shall remain staved.
