- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
No case to interfere with the impugned order dated 30.04.2024 $\mathbf{2}$ passed by the Division Bench of the High Court for the State of Telangana at Hydrabad is made out. The petitioner, if so advised, shall be at liberty to raise all contentions after the election, at an appropriate stage.
$3.$ The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
- However, question of law is kept open.
