UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 7, 8,14, 18 and 25 have already filed the counter affidavit. Item No.10 2 The Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.15, 19,24,27, 29 and 32 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Respondent No.26 has already filed the counter affidavit. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to file vakalatnama on behalf the said respondent. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13,22, 28, 31, 34 to 36 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Four weeks time is given to the Petitioner-In-Person to file dasti proof in respect of Respondent Nos. 2, 9,11,16,17,20,21,23, 30 and 33. Petitioner-In-Person shall file the trial Court address within a period of four weeks, as last chance in respect of Respondent Nos. 37 to 46. List again on 15.11. 2016.
