It is submitted that for non-completion of service on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 & 6 to 10, the appeal above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 14.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"The office report indicates that the certificate of service of notice in so far as it relates to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4, 6, 7, 9 and 10 has not been received as yet from the concerned Court. A reminder shall be issued.

The learned counsel for the appellants shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 8 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice of lodgment of petition of appeal to him within the same period.

List again on 2.9.2015."

It is further submitted that as directed above, a fresh reminder has been issued to High Court on 09.06.2015 but service report is still awaited from the High Court.

It is further submitted that despite the aforesaid order, counsel for the appellants has not filed the latest and fresh address of respondent No. 8 alongwith spare copy so far.

It is lastly submitted that there are 10 respondents in this appeal. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Sumeet Lall, Advocate. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 5 so far though served with notice.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 to 10 so far.

The appeal above mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
