It is further submitted that service report in respect of respondent Nos. 5 and 8 have been received stating therein that service is complete in respect of respondent No. 5 but service could not be effected on respondent No. 8 has he has left from that address. Counsel for the appellants has not filed the latest and fresh address of respondent No. 8 alongwith spare copy so far despite this Registry's request.

Certificate of service in respect of rest of the respondents has not been received from the High Court despite this Registry's reminders dated 25.06.2013 and 05.05.2015.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 to 10 so far.

The appeal above mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
