Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

We note, that this Court, through its earlier order dated 27.08.2021, had dismissed the Special Leave Petition. In that regard it was taken note that in the facts and circumstances of the instant case, there is no reason to interfere. In that view, at this juncture, we see no reason to take a different view except to clarify that the benefit granted by the High Court only to the appellants therein, has constrained us not to interfere with the matter. However, if any other person seeks benefit of similarity of parity based on the said order, the same would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending application(s), if any.
