Accordingly, dasti notice in respect of unserved Respondent No. 2 has been received by the Counsel personally on 02.09.2016 but the Counsel has not filed an affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent No. 2 so far.

It is submitted that A.D. Cards duly signed have been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 3.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent No. 2.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
