UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Now, the respondent-State has come out with the case that in 9 cases, Show Cause Notices have been issued.

We direct the State Government to take further action on the basis of the Show Cause Notices in accordance with law. Further compliance report shall be submitted on all aspects by the State Government on or before 14th November, 2024.
