1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the applications being allowed.

2. The applications for condonation of delay in filing the application for substitution and substitution are allowed. The abatement, if any, is set aside.

3. Amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks.

4. Ms. Yugandhara Pawar Jha, learned counsel appears for the legal heirs of the deceased respondents No.9 and 10.

5. Counter affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks, thereafter.
