Respondent Nos.1 and 5 are duly been represented. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have been served at the SLP stage itself but none has appeared as on date.

Legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.4 have already been brought on record and have duly been served but none is present as on date.

None of the parties have filed the statement of case.
