UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The ld. Advocate who is present for respondent No.5 has pointed out that petitioner is intentionally not taking steps in confirming service upon unserved respondents. It has also been pointed out that in fact respondent No.4 has expired long back and though such fact is disclosed before the appellate tribunal, petitioner is not disclosing such fact and that some of the respondents are not residing in India and therefore, notices could not be served upon such respondents. If petitioner fails to take appropriate steps to confirm service upon unserved respondents by selecting appropriate mode or service as per law on or before 18.1.2012, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for nonprosecution.
