"Before passing any order on the application for withdrawal in terms of the Compromise stated to have been arrived at, the petitioners shall file their response to I.A. Nos. 3 & 4 within two weeks. List thereafter."

It is submitted that Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh, counsel for the petitioner has on 27.02.2015 filed joint application for allowing the SLP in terms of compromise dated 08.01.2015, which is registered as I.A. No. 5. Copy fo the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh,

counsel for the petitioner has on 27.02.2015 filed reply affidavit to the application for impleadment. Copy of the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
