UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 8471/2023

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Petitioner has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent Nos. 5 to 9, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, two weeks time as a final opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 13.8.2024.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 3, to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
