UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the terms of the contract and material on record, the High Court has rightly not interfered with the termination of the contract and inviting fresh tender at the risk and cost of the petitioner. In fact, the High Court has set aside the order of debarring/black-listing and therefore, granted some relief to the petitioner. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court.

The Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.
