UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.6 has come on record. The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.2, 4, 5, 7 to 11, 13 and 14 have opted to file the same counter affidavit.

However, there is a typographical error as far as respondent No.5 is concerned. It is mentioned as respondent No.5 instead of respondent No.6. To be corrected accordingly.

Application to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.1, 3 and 12 has been filed but the same is defective. Defects be cured within four weeks' time.

Thereafter, application be processed as per rules.
