The Petition abovementioned has been filed on 30.6.14 against the Judgment and Order dated 03102012 & 19032014 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in SCA No.3203/2001, & LPA No.303/2013.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing SLP against order dt. 3.10.12 which is barred by time by 545 days and another against order dt. 19.3.14 which is within time.

It is submitted that Mr. O.P. Bhadani, Adv. has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Caveator R.Nos.2, 4 to 7, 9 to 11, 13 and 14.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s).10203/14, 14037/14 & CC Nos.621318/14 involving similar question of law regarding maintainability of appeal without making concerned Tribunal as party were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.4.14, 6.5.14 & 13.10.14 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 25.4.14, 6.5.14 & 13.10.14 are enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
