The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 09.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.6 has come on record. The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.2, 4, 5, 7 to 11, 13 and 14 have opted to file the same counter affidavit.

However, there is a typographical error as far as respondent No.5 is concerned. It is mentioned as respondent No.5 instead of respondent No.6. To be corrected accordingly.

Application to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.1, 3 and 12 has been filed but the same is defective. Defects be cured within four weeks' time.

Thereafter, application be processed as per rules.

Awaiting the orders on the said application, list on 15.9.2015."

It is submitted that there are Respondent Nos. 114 in this matter.

Mr. O.P. Bhadani, Adv. has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 47, 811, 13 & 14, but has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.6. Counter affidavit has not been filed by him on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, 7, 811, 13 & 14.

Application for substitution of Legar Representatives of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 12 has been received, defects has been cured and is yet to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge (InChamber).

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
