Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service with regard to respondent Nos.3.4 and respondent No.6 stating therein that both are one and same person, however, permission to serve them through dasti was not sought earlier. Hence, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time, as last opportunity, to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars for service on the respondent Nos.3.4 and respondent No.6. Dasti, in addition, is allowed as prayed for. Affidavit of dasti service be filed within four weeks.
