UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3 to 5 prays for and is granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.2 and 7 to 9 have filed counter affidavit.

On behalf of respondent No.6, undertaking was given on the last occasion for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit, however, it has not been done. As such, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted, two weeks' time to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of respondent No.6.

List again on 17.7.2023.
