"The Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that proof of dasti service on respondent no. 15 shall be filed within one weeks time. List again on 9.9.2016."

it is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 29th July, 2016 filed affidavit of service in respect of Respondent No. 15 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of him so far.

The Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is complete.

It is lastly submitted that it is stated in the affidavit of service that Respondent Nos. 13 and 20 expired. A letter dated 1st August, 2016 was issued to counsel for the appellant to take appropriate steps to get the Lrs. of deceased respondent Nos. 13 and 20 brought on record but he has not taken any steps so far.
