The matter abovementioned was listed before the Registrar Court on 17th February, 2016, when the Court passed the following Order:

"Respondent nos. 112, 14, 1619, 22 and 23 have already filed counter affidavit. Await certificate of service from the concerned Tribunal. Dasti in addition is allowed. List again on 30.03.2016."

It is submitted that certificate of service in respect of respondent nos. 13,20 and 21 have been received from the Appellate Tribunal but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that certificate of service in respect of respondent no. 15 has also been received from the Appellate Tribunal with remarks "service not completed (postal tracking report not available after Vaishali Nagar SO when bag was opened, Neither the report of service available nor notice has been received back unserved)".

It is also submitted that Dasti NLPA was also handed over to counsel for the appellant on 23.02.2016 but he has not filed affidavit of service of unserved respondent no. 15 so far.

The service of NLPA is incomplete in respect of no. 15 in the matter.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
