• 1 The Solicitor General of India states that the State of Manipur would bring to the notice of the High Court such difficulties which may arise in the implementation of its interim order in regard to the provisions of internet services.
• 2 Since the State is proposing to do so, we are not entering upon the merits at this stage and leave it open to the High Court to take a considerate decision.
• 3 The Special Leave Petition is accordingly disposed of.
