UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel who has filed vakalatnama for the proposed Lrs. of respondent no. 2 submits that respondent no. 1 has died long ago and the same was intimated to the learned counsel for the applicant and no steps were taken till now. In the meanwhile,

respondent no. 2 was also died and she has now entered appearance for the proposed Lrs. of respondent no. 2 and seeks time for filing counter affidavit to I.A. no. 3 of 2015. On her request, three weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit.

Post the matter after four weeks.
