Learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondent No.1 in this Special Leave Petition is also respondent No.1 in the lead matter i.e., SLP (C) No.12282/2024, who is represented by a learned counsel. If this be the position, petitioner is granted liberty to serve learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 in SLP (C) No.12282/2024.
As far as respondent No.16 is concerned, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is a proforma party. If this be the position, he may file an application for deleting the name of respondent No.16 from the array of parties. For that purpose, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to do the needful.
