Respondent nos.1 and 3 to 13 are granted four weeks' time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 2, 14 and 15 but none has entered appearance.

At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time as last opportunity to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent no.1.

Respondent no.3 is granted four weeks' time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel, Ms Twinkle Rathi appearing on behalf of Mr. Raavi Yogesh Venkata, Advocate-on-record has submitted that they are appearing for respondent nos. 3 to 13(Caveators). Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 13 be filed within four weeks. Ld. Counsel has further submitted that respondent no.5 is still alive. Submission is taken on record.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time as last opportunity to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no.16.
