SLP(C) No. 14330/2023:

Mr. Akshay Srivastava, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners in the special leave petition, seeks some more time to effect service of notice upon respondent Nos.5, 16 and 17.

Needful shall be done, without fail, within four weeks.

IA No. 201063/2023 – By way of this application, respondent No.6 seeks amendment of its description in the cause title.

The application is not opposed. Hence, ordered.

Amended Memo of Parties shall be filed by respondent No.6 within four weeks.

Ms. Anamika Yadav, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, seeks some time to file an application for condonation of the delay in taking timely steps due to which service of notice has not been effected till now upon respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5. Time is granted to do so.

Mr. Kaustubh Srivastava, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.3, seeks some time to file a counter affidavit.
