UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The counsel for the petitioner(s) states that the judgment passed in Writ Petition (C) No.24486 of 2019 (which has been relied upon in the impugned judgment), was challenged before this Court by filing the Diary No.45611 of 2023. He further states that he is in the process of filing an application seeking restoration of the said petition/ Diary Number.
2. The counsel for the respondent, Mr. Shubhranshu Padhi, appearing on caveat for respondent no.1, states that the special leave petitions on the similar issue, have already been dismissed by this Court, however, the said submission is controverted by the counsel for the petitioner-State.
3. Let the special leave petitions be listed after four weeks.
