Digitally signed by GEETA AHUJA Date: 2023.10.10 16:36:02 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

I.A. NO. 84192/2023 and I.A. No. 126646/2023

These applications have been filed for intervening/impleadment

as respondent in the pending Civil Appeal No. 394/2023 (Erstwhile

SLP (C) No. 1580/2023).

After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and on due consideration, the Court is of the view that though it is not necessary for them to be formally inducted as respondents in the pending Civil Appeal it would be just and proper if an opportunity of hearing is granted to the applicants at the time of final hearing of Civil Appeal No. 394/2023.

Ordered accordingly.

Both the IAs are disposed of.
