UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the affidavit of valuation, However, I am inclined to grant four more weeks time subject to the condition that he will file affidavit of valuation and deposits a sum of Rs. 1000/- in the Supreme Court Employees Mutual Welfare Fund as cost. If the above conditions are not satisfied, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for non-prosecution. If affidavit of valuation is filed Registry shall process the matter as per rules.
