These Special Leave Petitions have been filed by Mr. Venkita Subramoniam T.R., Advocate on 01st July, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 04.03.2015 and 01.04.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in L.A.A. No. 101 of 2012 and Cross Objection No. 54 of 2012 in L.A.A. No. 101 of 2012 respectively.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there was a delay of 46 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition. Therefore, counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the delay has been condoned by Additional Registrar (IB) on 21st September, 2015.

The matters along with applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
