This Special Leave Petitions alongwith application for permission to file SLP has been filed by Ms. Sumita Hzarika., Advocate on 01st April, 2015 against the judgment and Order dated 31.3.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 1772 of 2014.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) Nos. 2458524587 of 2014 entitled HOTEL GRAND RESIDENCY AND ORS. Vs. STATE OF KERALA AND ORS. arising out of similar issue was disposed of by this Hon'ble Court on 11.9.2014(Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 11.9.2014 annexed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the matter abovementioned is tagged with SLP(C) ….CC.. No. 6544 of 2015 entitled HOTEL SKY PEARL & ANR. Vs. STATE OF KERALA & ORS. as both are arising out of similar issue.

It is further submitted that the counsel has filed plain copy of impugned order dated 31.3.2015 of the High Court of Kerala(Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has also filed an application for permission to file additional documentsas separate volume(Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matters alongwith application above mentioned alongwith applications is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
