This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Himinder Lal, Advocate on 16th April, 2015 against the judgment and Order dated 31.03.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 1564 of 2014.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that registry has mentioned the defect to relied upon judgment. In view of that counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 16.4.2015 stating therein that exhibits mentioned are not relevant and necessary for adjudication of the matter (Copy of Advocate's letter has been annexed at Page No. 281 of the SLP paperbooks for the perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
