**Prayer made in the petition is for transfer of the claim petition bearing MACC No.275/2019 titled as "**Smt. Tara Tiwari & Others vs. Shri Neeraj Kumar & Another" filed under the Motors Vehicles Act, 1988 on the ground that now the petitioner has shifted from Madhya Pradesh to New Delhi, which cannot be a ground to allow the transfer petition.
