UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Subhasish Mohanty, Advocate submits that that he has instructions to enter appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1,2 and 3 and has already filed Vakalatnama. He also undertakes to file Vakalatnama in rest of the other cases. Four weeks' time is granted to do the needful.

Counter affidavit, if any, shall be filed in the meanwhile.

Interim order, stands to maintain status quo, shall extended till the next date of listing.
