It is submitted that there are three respondents. Mr. E.C. Agrawala,

Advocate has on 16th September, 2013 filed vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 as counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of publication alongwith affidavit but no one has filed vakalatnama/ appearance, so far.

It is submitted that there are two respondents. Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate has on 16th September, 2013 filed vakalatnama/ appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Service of show cause notice is complete on Respondent No. 2 as counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of publication alongwith affidavit but no one has filed vakalatnama/ appearance, so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete in all Special Leave Petitions.
