UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In SLP(C) No. 14952/2018, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are some of the proforma respondents. C.B.S.E. which is the main party has already been represented. He requested that the matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Court.

In SLP(C) No. 15092/2018, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are 135 proforma respondents. C.B.S.E. has been represented. He requested that for consideration of interim relief, the matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Court.

In SLP(C) No.14320/2018, service is complete in this matter and the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner requested that the matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Court.

In SLP(C) No. 14888/2018, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the main matter C.B.S.E. which is main party has already been served.

The Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of C.B.S.E. seeks time to file counter affidavit. However, the Ld. Counsels for the petitioner in all the matters submitted that since the main party – C.B.S.E. has already been represented and being urgent matters, these were listed before the Hon'ble Court during vacation on 4th June, 2018 and the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice, returnable on 10.7.2018.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that they are going to file application for deletion for the unserved respondents.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner in all the matters requested that for consideration of interim relief, the matters may be listed before the Hon'ble Court.

The Ld. Advocate, Ms. Priyanka Prakash, appearing on behalf of Mr. G. Prakash, Advocate-on-record submitted that in all the matters they want to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.4.

Order dated 4.6.2018 by which notices have been issued has been erroneously interpreted by the Registry and instead of listing the matter before the Hon'ble Court as directed vide order dated 4.6.2018, the matter has been listed before this Court.

Therefore, the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Court immediately in compliance of order dated 4.6.2018.

In the meantime, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner may file application for deletion of the unserved respondents and the Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondents may file counter affidavit, as requested.
