Meanwhile, it will be open to the respondents to file another I.A. pointing out as to which original petitioners have not been paid salary in spite of the order passed by this Court as well as another application pointing out as to which officers who have retired after the judgment of the High Court are not given the benefit of the judgment of the High Court.
