The matter above mentioned has been filed on 1st July, 2015 against the final impugned Judgment and order dated 30th April, 2013 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras and S. A. No. 1051 of 2007 which is barred by time by 702 days and the same was defective. After curing the defects the Counsel has re-filed the Petition which is also barred by time by 278 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing and re-filing in order dated 30th April, 2013 in the Special Leave Petition and the final impugned Judgment and order dated 29th January, 2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Review Application No. 156 of 2014 in S. A. No. 1051 of 2007

which was defective and the same was barred by time by 278 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling for the same.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 24813 of 2013 entitled "Venugopalaswamy Temple -Versus-K. T. Venugopalan & Ors." @ same Judgment between the same parties was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th August, 2013 when the Court was pleased to disposed of the same. Copy of the order has already been placed as Annexure P-9 at page no. 176 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal NO. 2830 of 2009 entitled "Sri Venugopalaswamy Temple-Versus- K. T. Sivasundararajan & Ors." @ similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th April, 2009 when the Court was pleased to disposed of the same. Copy of the order has already been placed as Annexure P-7 at page nos. 154-155 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is submitted that Interlocutory Application No. 2 in Special Leave Petition(C) No. 24813 of 2013 entitled "Venugopalaswamy Temple -Versus-K. T. Venugopalan & Ors." was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3rd January, 2014 when the Court was pleased to disposed of the same. Copy of the order has already been placed as Annexure P-10 at page no. 177 in the Special Leave Petition paper books.

The applications in the matter above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
