UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

I.A. NO.137317/2022(MODIFICATION OF COURT ORDER) FOR MODIFICATION OF COURT ORDER ON IA 141721/2022
The application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.09.2018 to the extent that it had called upon the applicant to report to the concerned officer of the SFIO, twice a week on specific dates and time.
We are now informed that charge sheet has been filed.
In view thereof, there would be no purpose in continuing with this portion of the order and thus, the modification prayer made in prayer (a) of the application is allowed.
The applications stand disposed of.

An adjournment letter has been circulated seeking deferment by four weeks.

Learned ASG has obtained instructions but submits that there are large amounts involved and there are still some investigations pending. On the last date of hearing on the basis of the brief submissions placed on record, we have formed a prima facie view that this is a fit case for grant of bail.
We may notice that the petitioners have been in custody for over two years and the matter relates to bank documents.
In view thereof we grant bail to the petitioners on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
The applications stand allowed.
