UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Two weeks time, is granted as a last chance to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect

of respondent nos.164, 254 and 262 or to take fresh steps. Despite due service on respondent nos.200, 201, 364 and 428, there is no appearance and service is not complete on respondent no.199. vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.163, 173, 199, 200, 201 and 428 has already been filed. Registry to verify. If so filed, four weeks time, is granted to said respondents to file counter affidavit.

As per office report, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.2, 26, 133, 163, 173, 212, 275, 286, 288, 412, 416 and 420 but vakalatnama has not been filed. However, Ms. Ritu, Ld. Counsel submits that vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.26, 133, 212, 286, 288, 412, 416 and 420 has already been filed. Registry to verify.

Ms. Yashasvika Sharma, Ld. Counsel submits that vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.436 and 437 has already been filed. Registry to verify. If so filed, four weeks time, is granted to said respondents to file counter affidavit.

As per office report, Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent nos.27, 88 and 364 is defective. However, Ld. Counsel appearing for said respondents submits that defects have been cured. Registry to verify.
