UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

As per office report, despite service of notice on respondent 200, 201, 364,428, 436 and 437, there is no appearance on Nos. ature Not Yeffer behalf.

Ld. Counsel Mr. Ankit Acharya submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 436 and 437. Registry to verify the same. If so, four weeks time is granted to

file the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel further submits that he has filed the vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 28, the same be treated as for Respondent No. 428.

Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 200 and 201 also.

Ld. Counsel submits that he has already filed the counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 364. Office shall verify the same and report.

Respondent Nos. 2, 163, 173 and 26, 133, 212,275,286, 288,412, 416, 420 have filed the counter affidavit but till date has not filed vakalatnama. Four weeks time is granted to file vakalatnama.

Four weeks time, is granted to the petitioners, to file proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos.164,199,254, 262.

Ld. Counsel submits that he has already filed the dasti proof in respect of Respondent Nos. 366-368,412,416, 420. Registry to verify the same.

Remaining respondents have already filed the counter affidavit.
