UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned Advocate General for the petitioners would contend that while the State did accept the judgment of the learned Single Judge, by the impugned order, the Division Bench has vouched safe even the benefit of pay band even though pay band was not part of the advertisement under which the writ petitioners were appointed or countenanced by the order of appointment.
Issue notice, returnable in three weeks.
Petitioners are permitted to take out notice by dasti, in addition.
There will be a stay of the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
