Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The counsel prays for deletion of Respondent Nos.164, 254 and 262. He submits that during the pendency of the petition, Respondent Nos.164 and 254 expired on 29.05.2022 and 18.07.2021 respectively and insofar as Respondent No.262 is concerned, on Summunication it was revealed that there is no such person of that name exists as such.

In view of the submissions, the application seeking deletion of Respondent Nos.164, 254 and 262 is allowed at the risk of the petitioner.
